The Mission

We are not obsessed with image and performance, instead we are focused on achieving true health. This begins on the inside, through proper breathing and natural movement. Our private Pilates sessions will speak to your unique body and its nuances, and not a one size fits all approach.

 

The Method - Traditional Pilates

The Pilates Method, conceived in the 1920s, is a diverse system of movement. It is designed to increase strength, mobility, flexibility and control - whilst deepening the connection between body and mind. 

Over the years Pilates has evolved. However we believe that by honouring its original intention, Pilates has the ability to rebalance our bodies, helping us to feel more open and alive.

 

The Studio

Loci Pilates is a small but perfectly formed traditional Pilates Studio. Above the hustle and bustle of Kingsland Road in Hackney, East London, this peaceful space is designed for private classes. It is equipped with quality apparatus designed by Joseph Pilates; a Reformer, Pole-system, Wunda Chair, Ped-o-Pul plus all the small props you could dream of.
